Submit Your Dispute to the Supreme Court of Fantasy Judgment

2. Make your payment through PayPal and write down your receipt number.

3. Go back to the Submit Dispute page and enter your email address where prompted. If there is an adverse party, please enter their email address next to Respondent. If not, then enter your email address again next to Respondent.

4. In the Enter Dispute box, please provide the name of your fantasy football league and your PayPal receipt number in the first sentence. Then describe the nature of your dispute and provide as much detail as possible about your league for the Court to consider. Check the box that you agree to the Terms of Use and click Submit Form.
